Delete your account

Deletion is permanent. There is no recovery window and no soft delete.

From the app

Open Settings, choose Account, then Delete account, and confirm. This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately.

By email

Write to hello@getmovepact.com from your sign-in address with the subject "Delete my account". We delete within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in email
• Your handle, avatar, profile photo and language preferences
• Your bookings and session history
• Your friendships and friend-session invitations
• Any voice notes of yours still waiting to expire
• Your squad membership, squad invitations and battle contributions. If you are a squad captain, the squad is deleted with you
• Your push notification tokens

What may be retained

Reports involving your account may be kept where needed for the safety of other people or where the law requires it. Data that only ever lived on your phone (your body details and onboarding answers) is yours to remove by deleting the app.
